I’m not sure what’s worse, the feeling of having the knowledge you know you’ll use or the knowledge you have but don’t know what to do with? I’m guessing it’s a little of both.
I feel like it’s the latter, its not quite as bad as the feeling of having the knowledge you don’t want to use, but it still is a pain.
The knowledge you dont want to use, you dont want to use. Thats called “self-censorship”. It’s not that you dont want to use this knowledge, you just dont know what to do with it. This knowledge is not a problem because you don’t know what to do with it. Instead you just don’t know what to do with it. You’re just not sure enough of yourself to stop and think before acting. This is called “pre-consciousness”.
self-censorship is an example of the process that happens when you use knowledge you dont want to use. It’s like a pickle for the knowing ones. You might have a hard time eating a pickle right now because they’re making them seem too spicy. But you can’t really tell if you like them right now. You just dont know enough of yourself to really know if they’re too spicy.
This is a great example of the self-control that comes with being a self-aware person. It is easy to overreact to a situation, but you cant really learn how to self-control yourself when you dont know your limits. Just like when you have a hard time eating a pickle, you dont really know how to self-control yourself when you have no idea what to do with it. Just like you cant really tell if your friend is really annoying by his constant questions.
I have been told by friends that it is impossible to over-react if you know you have the power to do so. You have to learn to be able to let go of the need to control yourself.
The problem is that for the one-in-four people who are aware of their own limits and are prone to over-reacting, this is just the beginning. The world around us (and the world above us) is constantly telling us that we have a choice to either allow ourselves to be controlled by others or we can decide to be on our own. We have to learn to be willing to allow ourselves to be controlled by others, and to stop letting ourselves be controlled by others.
The first is called the “mindful-self”, a term that most people think of when they say they are practicing mindfulness. Mindful-self is actually a practice that involves letting go of the need to control yourself.
The second is the mindful-body, a practice of letting go of the need to control your body. Our bodies are designed to be self-regulating. We have sensory organs in our bodies that react to sensory inputs and tell us what to do. For example, a light bulb on your forehead would light up when you were hungry, but not if you were just sitting in your chair.
The key to mindful-body practice is to let go of the need to control your body, because it can be a very limiting practice. If you are a person who has a habit of constantly being on edge, you might find that the practice of being mindful of your body feels almost impossible to achieve. Mindfulness of your body is a practice that involves letting go of the need to control what happens in your body.
