This is the second in a series of articles about the most important ingredient in our food, water, and air, that is self-awareness. Self-awareness is about living in the moment in a way that is mindful and not just focused on the here and now.
It’s the idea that we are all interconnected. That we are all part of a single world. That we are all interconnected, with all of its strengths and weaknesses. That we are all connected in ways that have no names. Self-awareness is a way to step back from our busy lives and ask if we’re doing enough for the things we do have in common.
Self-awareness has been defined as living in the present moment and taking conscious action on what you do in the world. But self-awareness can be described as all the things that we do. We are all part of the same world we are all part of a global community that is interconnected. To have self-awareness is to be aware of all of those things that we do. It is about taking conscious action in all of our activities.
So in this post I’m going to try to give you a small but detailed list of self-awareness strategies for your life, your career, your hobbies, and your relationships. One of the biggest challenges for most of us is remembering to take conscious action. I’m going to give you the things to do that will help you become aware of your actions.
One of the best ways that we can become aware of our actions and take conscious action is through meditation, and that’s why I’ve written about it in the first place. But there’s so much more I can write about it because I’m constantly amazed at how one day we can wake up to our actions and forget about them. This is the same thing that happens with our own minds, the same thing that happens when we’re asleep and we fall asleep at the same time.
This is where the idea of “self awareness” comes in. Being present and aware will help you understand how you’re feeling, what you’re doing, and what’s really going on. It will also help you make intentional choices about how to react.
Being aware of one’s own actions, especially ones that involve other people, is actually quite difficult. And it is also one of the hardest things to do. Often we don’t realize just how much we’re reacting to people or situations, or how much the people around us are giving us feedback or saying things to us. For example, I’ve been known to react when I’m on vacation to the same places I’ve been before.
It’s like the proverbial dog that we see is at the same distance as the person that’s walking towards us but they have only just become aware of our presence. The person we were so shocked by is now getting out of our way. They are not in the same space. A dog in the garden may not even know I’m there. A dog in the street might not even know that I’m there.
You’re right. The dog is unaware of your presence because you’re not there. But the dog is aware that you’re there because they’ve already become familiar with you. That’s why a dog in the street will walk a little closer to you while a dog in the garden will walk a little farther apart.
So, in one of our recent post, we talked about the concept of “being in the world.” We were talking about how we as humans are able to perceive the world from a certain perspective, but we’re also quite aware that we may not always be able to see things that others are seeing. For example, it would be much more difficult for people to really see a dog in the street.
