I’ve learned to embrace the negative aspects of every situation that I encounter. If I think I’m going to lose something, instead of feeling bad and having anxiety, it’s better that I say something negative. I like to ask myself, “What’s the worst that could happen?” And then I start to work on the positive aspects and think back to the negative and see if I can come up with something positive.

So the answer is to take care of yourself. We all know our feelings are a reflection of our emotions. They can affect us, and yet we are not aware of these feelings. Taking care of yourself is a habit that we are not able to break, so it is our job to remind ourselves to take care of our emotions.
