We’ve all been there. You know that feeling, where you’re at your best, and then you start slipping. You just know you’re going to have to get back up sooner or later.
And then you start slipping again. This is why most of us get back to our old selves. The new self that we start as doesn’t exist within our old selves, or we can’t remember it. So as we start to slip, our old selves can start to slip with us. Of course, it can also be the other way around. Our old selves can start to slip with us.
Exactly. The thing about this is that we all have the same memories we had when we were young. For example, if you want to know which of your friends youre closest with, you can ask your best pal. It doesnt matter if he lives in another country, as long as you can catch him.
This is a good example because if you think about it, you can start to slip because your mind is not the same as the way it was when you were a kid. In our old selves, we all have our memories of how we got up in the morning and how we spent our time in the day. But to be honest, we forget how we got up in the morning. The only time we ever remember our memories of our old selves is the day we’re born.
I think we have all been there. That’s just normal life. And what we forget is the difference between the way we felt and the way we remember feeling. This is why we tend to start to slip to the left or the right. This is why we tend to think about something when we should be thinking about something else. This is why we tend to want to do something when we should be thinking about something else.
It’s easy to see what you’re thinking about, but it’s difficult to change what you’re thinking. If you’re the type of person who tries to change what you think about, you’ll have a hard time staying focused on what you’re supposed to be doing.

The other problem is that we are so used to thinking about food and our health, that we fail to see that we have to think about things like how to prepare for a party, how much to make, if we should wear a tie, etc. So we end up just throwing in the towel and not making much of a difference in the first place.
